Terms of Use
Effective Date: March 11, 2026
Welcome to [https://www.communication-impact.ca] (the "Website"). This Website is owned and operated by Communication-IMPACT ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Website.
1. Professional Services Disclaimer
The content on this Website, including blog posts, case studies, and technical briefings, is provided for informational purposes related to B2B marketing, SEO, and AI orchestration.
- No Professional-Client Relationship: Accessing this Website or submitting a contact form does not create a professional-client, consultant, or fiduciary relationship. Such a relationship is only established through a separate, written, and signed engagement letter or service agreement (e.g., for a "30-Day Digital Pipeline Diagnostic").
- Not Legal or Financial Advice: While we discuss M&A valuations and industrial strategy, the content herein is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or engineering advice.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, "AI Council" frameworks, the "Industrial Revenue Engine" methodology, and proprietary code—is the intellectual property of Communication-IMPACT or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.
- Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Website for personal or internal business research.
- Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or "frame" any part of this Website without express written consent. Specifically, the use of automated systems or software to extract data from this Website for commercial purposes or to train artificial intelligence models ("scraping") is strictly prohibited.
3. The 90-Day Pipeline Origination SLA & Kill Clause
Engagement with Communication-IMPACT for the "Industrial Revenue Engine" is governed by a strict, performance-based 90-Day Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Performance Metrics: We do not track "vanity metrics" such as website traffic or social media impressions. Our mandate is tied exclusively to the generation of "Qualified Technical RFQs" as defined by your VP of Sales during the onboarding phase.
- The Kill Clause: If we fail to generate the mathematically agreed-upon volume of Qualified Technical RFQs within the initial 90-day period, you have the absolute right to invoke the Kill Clause.
- Termination: Invocation of the Kill Clause results in immediate termination of the agreement with zero penalty. We carry the financial risk of performance; you protect the treasury.
4. User Conduct
By using this Website, you agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that violates federal, provincial, or local laws.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Website.
