Privacy Policy: Communication-IMPACT

Effective Date: March 18, 2026

1. Data Philosophy: B2B Intent

Communication-IMPACT ("the Company") operates in a high-stakes B2B environment. We do not engage in consumer-level data harvesting or the sale of personal lead lists. All data collected is used solely to facilitate professional consulting engagements, industrial SEO diagnostics, and pipeline orchestration.

2. Information Collection & High-Value Diagnostics

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when requesting a 30-Day Digital Pipeline Diagnostic or engaging with our Integration Framework.

Personal/Professional Data: Name, business email, job title, and company URL.

Strategic Data: We may collect high-level business metrics (e.g., current M&A status, pipeline gaps) provided during consultations to deliver tailored ROI-driven insights.

3. Generative AI & Answer Engine (AEO) Interaction

As a forward-leaning industrial SEO firm, we interact with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Search Engines (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI, Perplexity).

Public Data Usage: We permit the crawling and indexing of our public-facing strategic frameworks for the purpose of generating accurate AI summaries and citations.

Private Data Protection: Information shared during private diagnostics, "The Arsenal" strategy sessions, or Fractional CMO integrations is never used to train public LLMs or shared with third-party AI databases. We maintain strict "Data Silo" protocols for all client-specific strategic assets.

4. Data Processing & Legal Basis

We process your data under the basis of Legitimate Interest (B2B outreach) and Contractual Necessity.

Global Compliance: We adhere to the principles of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Law 25 (Quebec, Canada) regarding the protection of personal information.

Data Retention: We retain professional contact data only as long as necessary to maintain our business relationship or fulfill our 90-Day SLA commitments.

5. Third-Party Integrations

We use a curated stack of industrial-grade tools (CRMs, SEO Diagnostic APIs, and Analytics). We do not use "invasive" tracking pixels or third-party advertising cookies that compromise the professional integrity of our visitors.

6. Your Rights & Data Portability

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your professional data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Privacy Officer at privacy@communication-impact.ca.
