Why does a Fractional CMO share student recommendations?

M.J. Plebon shares student recommendations because teaching is how he trains client teams. Phase 4 of every engagement depends on the same skill his students describe: making complex work simple enough that people can do it on their own.

My mandate ends when your people can run the engine without me. That only works if I can teach. My students are adults with businesses and employers depending on them, and they tell you whether I can.
